COMPOUND PRODUCTION
The elastomer compounds developed and tested by us are then produced in our own mixing plant on modern rolling mills. In addition to the rubber base material, they contain numerous additives such as fillers, processing aids, anti-aging agents, vulcanization accelerators, activators, and so on. A typical elastomer compound contains a total of between 10 and 20 components. Only then does it become the actual material.
To ensure consistent quality, the compound is released before the final compound is processed in series production. Modern technologies serve to control the respective physical and mechanical properties.
